Appointments & visiting

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We recommend booking an appointment, especially for chronic disease consultations and health screening, so we can set aside enough time for you. Walk-ins are welcome for minor, acute illness during opening hours. You can book by phone, WhatsApp, or our enquiry form.

What are your opening hours?

Monday 9am–1pm, 2–5pm and 6–9pm; Tuesday to Friday 9am–1pm and 2–5pm; Saturday 9am–12:30pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We're at 1 Tampines Walk, Our Tampines Hub (often shortened to OTH), #03-34, Singapore 528523, about a 5-minute walk from Tampines MRT, with paid parking within Our Tampines Hub. See the map and directions.

What languages do your doctors and staff speak?

Our team can assist patients in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.

What should I bring for my visit?

Please bring your NRIC (or birth certificate for young children), and your CHAS, Pioneer Generation or Merdeka Generation card if you have one. It also helps to bring a list of your current medications, any referral letters or memos, recent test results, and your child's health booklet for vaccinations.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. We're happy to welcome new patients and new Healthier SG enrolments. You can walk in, book an appointment, or message us on WhatsApp to get started.

Do you offer teleconsultation?

We offer teleconsultation for follow-up visits with our existing patients, for example, reviewing results or a stable long-term condition. New problems are seen in person so we can examine you properly.

Is the clinic wheelchair- and pram-accessible?

Yes. We're on Level 3 of Our Tampines Hub with lift access (Lift Lobby A), so the clinic can be reached step-free by wheelchair or pram.

Fees, subsidies & payment

Are you a Healthier SG clinic, and how do I enrol?

Yes. TFMC is a Healthier SG clinic. Singapore Citizens and PRs aged 40 and above are invited by SMS from MOH to enrol. You can sign up through the HealthHub app or with us at the clinic, choosing TFMC as your clinic. Your first Health Plan consultation and annual check-ins are fully subsidised. Just let us know at your visit and we'll help you enrol. Learn more about Healthier SG.

Do you accept CHAS, Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation cards?

Yes. We're a CHAS clinic and welcome CHAS Blue, Orange and Green cardholders, as well as Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation seniors. CHAS subsidies help with common illnesses and selected chronic conditions. Please bring your CHAS, PG or MG card and NRIC so we can apply the right subsidy.

Can I use Medisave at your clinic?

Yes. We're Medisave-accredited. Medisave can commonly be used for:

Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP): diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other listed conditions (up to $500–$700 a year, depending on your condition);
Nationally recommended vaccinations (childhood and adult / Healthier SG schedules);
Flexi-MediSave for seniors aged 60+ (up to $400 a year) for outpatient care.

If you enrol in Healthier SG with us, the usual 15% cash co-payment for chronic care is waived. Limits and eligibility are set by the Ministry of Health and may change. We'll help you check what applies.

What is Screen for Life, and am I eligible for subsidised screening?

Screen for Life is the national screening programme for eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs (generally aged 40 and above). It covers screening for chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as cervical, colorectal and breast cancer, at a subsidised fee of $5 or less, and it's fully subsidised for Healthier SG enrollees. We can check what you're due for and arrange it.

How much does a consultation cost?

A general (acute) consultation is typically $45–$60, and a chronic disease consultation from about $65–$120, before any subsidies. The exact fee depends on the consultation, and any procedures, tests or medication needed. We always explain the cost upfront, and apply any CHAS, Pioneer or Merdeka Generation subsidies you're eligible for.

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept cash, NETS, PayNow/QR and major credit and debit cards. We also accept Baby Bonus (Child Development Account) for eligible children's care and CDC vouchers where applicable.

Do you accept private insurance or company panels?

We're not on private insurance panels. We do offer corporate health screening for companies looking after their employees. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
